Peninsula Trails Coalition is a co-producer of Northwest Tandem Rally 2023.
Founded in 1988, the non-profit Peninsula Trails Coalition (PTC), as the lead advocacy non-profit for the construction and maintenance of the Olympic Discovery Trail, a nationally significant, non-motorized, multi-use recreational and transportation trail across the North Olympic Peninsula.
